Everthing you need to know about #HandsOnMetrology at Control
In an brief interview with Global Chanel Manager of #HandsOnMetrology, Wim Cuypers, we summarize some highlights of the ZEISS initiative and the Control trade show:
What’s the #HandsOnMetrology vision for this years Control show?
Cuypers: This years control show is all under the sign: Path of Innvoations. We have been working on a wide range of new solution for various inspection tasks. At the booth we are really working on making that visible and experienceable for everyone.
What was your highlight of the Control?
Cuypers: Of course, I was most pleased to introduce the new #HandsOnMetrology team member ZEISS T-SCAN hawk 2. It was a great success to be able to demonstrate and test it with different demo parts. The feedback from the trade show visitors was positive. The brand new Satellite Mode feature was particularly well received. But also the easy handling was noticed immediately.
We are proud that our potable and hand-held solution is already being used in many ways and will find its way into many different application in the future.
Are there any things you would like to tell our readers?
Cuypers: We were very happy to see everyone who showed interest in #HandsOnMetrology and our 3D scanning solutions. We had many exciting conversations about all topics related to optical quality control and hope that you were able to take away just as much metrological input. Maybe you even found the right solution for your task? We are looking forward to take quality control to the next level with you in the next year.
